Healthy eating habits are crussial for a good health and correct development of a person, having the wrong habits can lead to a variety of health problems.
I interviewed a importat athlete I know for her to share how are her eating habits.

Yes, since I care about my health and they help me stay in better shape
How do these habits help?
To stay healthier and with a body that works properly.
Which would you recommend more?
Drink a glass of cold water on an empty stomach or drink an oatmeal smoothie with apple in the morning
Why?
Because that’s how you start the day in a healthier way and well treated body
Have they helped you throughout your life?
