4 easy ways to keep your skin healthy

Climate changes and environmental pollution are some of the most harmful agents for the skin. Therefore it is important that you take various measures for its care.

The skin is one of the body’s largest organs, which protects it from environmental risks and helps regulate its temperature.

That is why in this blog I will suggest some of the basic care so you can have healthy skin.

1. Protect yourself from the sun

A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems, as well as an increased risk of skin cancer.

Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen that has a sun protection factor of at least 15. Avoid the sun between 10 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon, when the sun’s rays are most intense.

2. Drink plenty of water

Your body loses water throughout the day. Therefore, you need to at least replenish the one you lose, for which you have to drink between two and three liters a day. Water makes your skin look smoother and fresher.

3. Moisturize your skin

Maintaining a hydrated skin is essential for your appearance, but also for your health. It is also good to know that over time we lose the ability to retain water, so it dries more easily.

4. Use scrubs

By not replacing dead cells, the skin withers and looks dull and aged.

Exfoliation ensures effective regeneration by allowing the skin to be more permeable and ready to absorb nutrients and active ingredients from moisturizing and rejuvenating products.

NOTE: Excessive cleansing can cause excessive loss of fat in the outermost layers of the skin and cause dry skin.
