  1. Sleep between seven and eight hours a day: A rested body is a body with energy ready to study, work or just enjoy. Sleeping less than this amount causes you to accumulate body fat, which will increase stress levels in your body.
  2. Say Yes to Water and No to sugary drinks: Do you know how much liquid you should drink daily? To get an idea of ​​how much water you should drink, divide your body weight by 16 and you will have the amount of glasses per day in eight ounces you should drink. If you are able to assimilate this habit, you will have a lot of cattle.

3. Take a good diet: This is a challenge, but you need to forget the excuses such as «there is no time to cook.» You must eat a diet rich in nutrients and low in fat, add fruits, vegetables and reduce as much as possible sugars and salts.

4. Separate 15 minutes: Invest 15 minutes daily to listen, feel and revitalize your body.

5. Choose soft music that best relaxes you. Then look for a comfortable area and position (sitting or lying down / do not cross your arms or legs). Once there, close your eyes, inhale deeply and exhale gently.

6. Listen to the music, forget your surroundings, and you will see how at the end your body will be recharged with energy and ready to continue.

7. Exercise daily: There are countless options: run in a park, take dance classes, sign up for a gym or practice your favorite sport.
